Job Details
An experienced Band 6/7 Occupational Therapist is required to start ASAP within a busy acute hospital setting. The role will involve delivering high-quality occupational therapy input to support rehabilitation and safe, timely discharge.

- Provide occupational therapy assessment and intervention across acute inpatient areas.
- Deliver acute rehabilitation input and contribute to effective discharge planning.
- Manage a varied caseload using sound clinical reasoning and autonomous practice.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to support patient flow and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with Trust and HCPC standards.
Skills & Experience

- HCPC registered Occupational Therapist.
- Acute hospital experience essential.
- Broad-based clinical skills including acute rehab and discharge planning.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within an MDT.
