Job Title: Physiotherapist – Band 7

Service: Community Outpatient Physiotherapy – Trailblazer Project
Job Details:
- Band 7 Community Outpatient Physiotherapist required to start ASAP for an initial 4 week period.
- Provide highly skilled physiotherapy assessment, advice, education and treatment to patients referred to the Trailblazer project.
- Manage patients presenting with musculoskeletal conditions including post-operative orthopaedics, arthritis and acute, chronic or complex spinal pain.
- Deliver physiotherapy services within outpatient clinics across GP surgeries, health centres and leisure centre facilities.
- Develop and implement individualised treatment and rehabilitation programmes.
- Act as a clinical specialist resource for the management of musculoskeletal conditions.
- Provide supervision and support to junior physiotherapists and students on clinical placements.
- Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with NHS and professional standards.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
