  • Prepare high-quality reports, maintain accurate case records and attend multi-agency meetings as required.

  • Contribute to safeguarding decision-making and provide professional expertise within the Families Together Team.

About You

You will be an experienced Children’s Social Worker with a passion for working with adolescents and a strong understanding of contextual safeguarding. You will be confident managing complex cases, building meaningful relationships with young people and delivering effective interventions within a multi-agency environment.

Requirements

  • Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ post-ASYE experience within Children’s Social Care.

  • Significant experience working with adolescents and contextual harm.

  • Strong knowledge of children’s safeguarding legislation, statutory guidance and assessment frameworks.

  • Excellent assessment, communication and report-writing skills.

  • Enhanced DBS required.
