Job details: Occupational Therapist required to start asap to cover vacancy. Urgent Therapy Team. Community caseload or Intermediate Care hub. Car driver, reablement experience ideal, discharge planning. Assessment and treatment of patients supporting discharges from acute and 2 hour response urgency care. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08.00 – 16.00. Can consider compressed hours.
