- Promote safe, effective, and professional practice in accordance with HCPC standards, Trust policies, and Occupational Therapy professional guidance.
- Contribute to audits, quality improvement projects, clinical governance activities, and the development of innovative Occupational Therapy services.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure effective communication with multidisciplinary teams and external partner agencies.
- Support safeguarding processes, risk management, and the delivery of safe therapeutic interventions for individuals with complex mental health, learning disability, and forensic presentations.
- Participate in continuing professional development (CPD), appraisal processes, and ongoing service evaluation.
