Job Title: Therapy Assistant – Band 3 (Part Time)

Contract Length: Ongoing (4 weeks initially)
Job Details: Therapy Assistant required to start ASAP for 4 weeks within the Early Supported Discharge Team.

- Deliver rehabilitation programmes set by registered therapists
- Support patients as part of the Early Supported Discharge pathway
- Complete clinical documentation using SOAP format
- Provide clear handovers and communicate relevant information to the wider team
Essential Skills/Experience:

- Previous experience in a Therapy Assistant role
- Experience delivering rehabilitation programmes
- Confident completing notes in SOAP format
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Working Hours: Part time – 3.5 days per week (Monday to Friday). Days and hours to be confirmed weekly.
