Service: Community Integrated Neurology and Stroke Service (CINSS)
Job Details:

- Community-based Occupational Therapist roles within an integrated Neurology and Stroke service
- Undertake comprehensive assessments and deliver rehabilitation programmes for patients with stroke and neurological conditions
- Manage a community caseload, providing goal-focused, person-centred interventions
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and maximise independence
- Contribute to discharge planning and ongoing community rehabilitation pathways
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with NHS standards and service requirements
Skills/Experience Required:

- Experience in stroke and/or neurology rehabilitation
- Community experience beneficial
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Full driving licence and access to own vehicle essential for community visits
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Weekday working only. Full time preferred; flexible arrangements will be considered.
