You will be an experienced Occupational Therapist with a strong background in
adult social care, housing adaptations, and equipment provision. You will demonstrate
excellent assessment and clinical reasoning skills alongside a person-centred and strengths-based approach.

You will be confident managing complex community caseloads, supporting junior staff, and working collaboratively
with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for service users.

Requirements

  • Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current HCPC registration.
  • Experience within adult social care occupational therapy services.
  • Strong knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and relevant legislation.
  • Experience with equipment provision, housing adaptations, and manual handling assessments.
  • Experience supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants or students desirable.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and multidisciplinary working skills.
