Senior Occupational Therapist
Brief Job Overview
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join the London Borough of Barnet’s Adult Social Care service. This ongoing locum opportunity is suited to an experienced Occupational Therapist looking to work within North London Social Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional Occupational Therapy input within the Adult Social Care service.
- Undertake appropriate Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions in line with the requirements of the service.
- Apply professional knowledge and judgement to support positive outcomes for service users.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and relevant professionals to promote person-centred care and independence.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist who can work confidently within an adult social care environment. You will be committed to delivering person-centred Occupational Therapy and supporting positive outcomes for service users.
Requirements
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with appropriate professional registration.
- Relevant Occupational Therapy experience within an Adult Social Care setting.
- Strong communication and professional decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to person-centred practice and promoting independence.
