Brief Job Overview

Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Band 6 MSK Physiotherapist to join City Health Care Partnership CIC across Bridlington, Driffield and Beacon Way, Hull, within East Riding of Yorkshire NHS. This is an ongoing locum opportunity for a Physiotherapist with post-registration musculoskeletal experience and relevant UK NHS experience.

The successful candidate will provide evidence-based MSK Physiotherapy assessment and treatment, managing an independent caseload and delivering high-quality patient-centred care. Experience using SystmOne and the ability to work autonomously are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide MSK Physiotherapy assessment, treatment and rehabilitation within the service.
• Manage an independent caseload effectively, prioritising patients according to clinical need.
• Apply clinical reasoning to assess musculoskeletal presentations and develop appropriate management plans.
• Deliver evidence-based Physiotherapy interventions tailored to individual patient needs and goals.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using SystmOne.
• Work autonomously while contributing effectively to the wider Physiotherapy and multidisciplinary service.
• Maintain professional standards and work in accordance with relevant NHS policies, procedures and clinical guidance.

About You

We are looking for a confident MSK Physiotherapist with relevant post-registration musculoskeletal experience and previous UK NHS experience. You should be comfortable independently managing a caseload and delivering evidence-based assessment and treatment.

Experience using SystmOne is required, alongside strong clinical reasoning, communication and organisational skills. Due to the community-based nature of the service, a full UK driving licence is also essential.

Requirements

• Relevant Physiotherapy qualification.
• Current HCPC registration.
• Post-registration MSK Physiotherapy experience.
• Relevant UK NHS Physiotherapy experience is essential.
• Experience independently managing an MSK caseload.
• Experience using SystmOne.
• Knowledge and experience of evidence-based MSK Physiotherapy practice.
• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
