Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Band 6 MSK Physiotherapist to join the Outpatients Team at Southend. You will assess and treat both surgical and non-surgical MSK patients in a busy outpatient environment, providing high-quality, patient-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage a varied MSK caseload.
- Assess, diagnose and treat patients using evidence-based practice.
- Develop and deliver individualised treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
- Participate in supervision, peer review, and clinical reasoning sessions.
- Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists and students.
- Contribute to audit and research activities.
About You
- HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
- Proven MSK outpatient experience.
- Confident working autonomously and making sound clinical decisions.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00
