Salary: £38 per hour (Umbrella)
Job Type: Locum
Contract Length: Ongoing
Job details: Occupational Therapists required to support annual reviews and equipment assessments across the county. Full-time position with a minimum of 1 day per week office-based (additional office presence may be required depending on service needs).
- Undertake annual reviews including bed leavers, bed raising, hoists and manual handling assessments
- Provide assessment and recommendations to ensure safe and appropriate equipment provision
- Carry out county-wide visits – driving licence essential
- Claim mileage from office base to visits
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in line with service requirements
- Work collaboratively within Adult Social Care to support safe and effective outcomes
