We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Children’s Social Worker to join our dynamic Children’s Services team. You will be responsible for supporting children and young people who are in need, at risk, or in care, working closely with families and multi-agency partners to ensure their safety, development, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess the needs of children and families, developing and reviewing effective care and support plans in line with statutory responsibilities.

Work with children in need, children subject to child protection plans, and looked-after children, ensuring timely, child-focused interventions.

Build positive relationships with children and families, using a strengths-based approach to empower change and promote resilience.

Liaise with schools, health professionals, and other partners to deliver coordinated, multi-agency support that safeguards and promotes children’s welfare.
