Operating at Band 7, you will collaborate closely with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication management for patients.

Conduct clinical reviews and manage the safe supply of medicines in hospital and community settings.

Supervise and support pharmacy technicians in day-to-day pharmacy operations.

Work collaboratively with patients, families, carers and healthcare professionals to optimise medication use.

Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in accordance with professional and organisational standards.

Contribute to quality assurance, governance and safety initiatives within the pharmacy service.
