View JobAshford and St Peter’s Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive and experienced Occupational Therapist to join their Rehabilitation Team on a locum basis. This role focuses on supporting patients to regain independence and improve functional ability through goal-oriented therapy and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive functional and occupational assessments for patients in a rehab setting.

Plan and deliver person-centred therapy programmes to aid recovery and maximise independence.

Provide equipment recommendations and adaptations to support safe discharge and home living.

Work as part of a multidisciplinary team including physiotherapists, nurses, and discharge coordinators.

Monitor and review patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as required.
-
Maintain accurate documentation in line with NHS and HCPC standards.
