View JobAs a Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist with Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board at the Conwy Child Development Centre in Llandudno, you will provide specialist assessment and intervention for children with speech, language and swallowing needs. Operating at Band 7, you will deliver tailored therapy for paediatric patients with a focus on dysphagia, collaborating closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to support development and improve outcomes.

Undertake comprehensive assessments of speech, language, communication and swallowing in paediatric patients.

Develop, implement and evaluate personalised therapy programmes, with particular expertise in dysphagia management.

Work collaboratively with families, carers, education staff and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.

Provide training, advice and support to families and colleagues on communication and safe swallowing strategies.

Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in accordance with professional and organisational standards.

Contribute to service development, leadership and quality improvement initiatives within the paediatric speech and language therapy service.
