Job Details:
Occupational Therapist required to cover a vacancy within the Neighbourhood Team. The post holder will provide occupational therapy interventions for adults, supporting their independence, well-being, and participation in daily life.
Key Responsibilities:

Undertake person-centred assessments and interventions under the direction of the Neighbourhood Team.

Work collaboratively with colleagues and other health professionals to ensure integrated care.

Contribute to the planning and evaluation of therapy services within the team.
Skills & Experience:
-
HCPC registered Occupational Therapist.
-
Experience in adult acute or community services preferred.
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to manage caseload effectively.
