Tripod Partners are looking for an experienced Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join a supportive team in Weybridge. This is a full-time role working within a community mental health setting, supporting patients with ongoing assessments, care coordination, and treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a defined caseload of patients in the community
-
Conduct mental health assessments and risk reviews
-
Work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
-
Provide crisis intervention and long-term support
Requirements:
-
NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
-
Minimum of 12 months’ CPN experience
-
Full UK driving licence preferred
-
Enhanced DBS
