Location: Witney, Oxfordshire
Pay: £26.55 per hour
Contract: Ongoing locum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 (37.5 hours per week)
Tripod Partners are looking for a Band 6 Key Worker to join a busy Adult Mental Health Team in Witney. This is a full-time, on-site role — remote working is not permitted.
Key Duties:
-
Hold a caseload of service users in a community setting
-
Deliver recovery-focused support to individuals with complex mental health needs
-
Contribute to risk assessment, care planning, and safeguarding
-
Engage in multi-disciplinary team working and attend regional meetings as required
-
Provide interventions for service users with a history of personality disorder
Requirements:
-
Registered Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker
-
Experience working in a community mental health team
-
Experience supporting individuals with personality disorder
-
Physically able to undertake moderate to intense activity across the working day
-
Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between sites
-
Active professional registration and up-to-date CPD
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
