The role includes managing complex cases, providing professional supervision, and driving service improvements to ensure excellent outcomes for children, adults, and families.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex social work cases, ensuring statutory duties and best practice standards are met.

Provide supervision, coaching, and mentoring to social workers to enhance professional development and practice quality.

Coordinate multi-agency partnership working to safeguard vulnerable individuals effectively.

Contribute to service planning, policy development, and quality assurance processes within the team and wider council.
