Job details: Locum required for short term (potential to extend for up to 1 year) assignment to Social Care and Education Complaints team. Post holder should have an interest in social care but does not require extensive experience. The work is essentially in two parts:
- acceptance and administration of complaints, thinking about advocacy, consent, and necessary details.
- assisting service management in their investigations and developing their complaint responses with them, providing critical challenge where necessary
Support and advice always available from colleagues, but the post holder will be expected to become more autonomous. No qualifications or experience necessary, but competence in standard Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.
