Service: Community Paediatric Occupational Therapy

 

Job Details:

 

  • Band 6 Paediatric Occupational Therapist required for a community-based role.
  • Work with children and young people aged 9–19 years.
  • Manage a varied caseload including developmental delay, ASD, ADHD, DCD, cerebral palsy and physical disabilities.
  • Undertake assessments and deliver therapeutic interventions to support functional independence.
  • Provide input across a range of settings including home, clinics, mainstream schools and nurseries.
  • 3 days per week based in Enfield.
  • Potential for 2 days per week working within an Autism special school (depending on service needs and candidate experience).
  • Work collaboratively with families, education staff and multidisciplinary teams.

 

Skills / Experience:

 

  • HCPC registered Occupational Therapist.
  • Essential: Experience in paediatric occupational therapy.
  • Experience working with children with a range of developmental and physical needs.
  • Ability to manage a community caseload independently.
  • Strong communication and multidisciplinary working skills.

 

Working Hours: Full time – 5 days per week.
