The role focuses on carrying out initial assessments, determining levels of need, and coordinating appropriate support.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive and respond to referrals: Undertake initial assessments to identify risks and needs of children and families.

Develop child-centred plans: Formulate appropriate intervention strategies to safeguard children and promote well-being.

Work collaboratively: Engage with families and multi-agency partners including health, education, and voluntary services to ensure coordinated support.

Maintain thorough records: Document assessments, decisions, and actions accurately and in line with statutory requirements.
