Key Responsibilities:

Support the Team Manager in the daily operational management of the team, including case allocation, performance oversight, and service delivery.

Provide supervision and leadership to a team of social workers and support staff, fostering good practice and professional development.

Oversee and quality-assure complex casework, ensuring compliance with statutory responsibilities and council policies.
