Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This is a temporary role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care on a busy surgical and orthopaedic ward.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in line with clinical governance.
- Monitor, assess, and respond to patient needs effectively.
Position Details:
- Location: Manchester, North West England
- Work Pattern:
- Dates: Friday, 29th November 2024 – Saturday, 30th November 2024
- Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Additional shifts may be available based on service needs.
- Rates:
- Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
- Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
- Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
- Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Proven experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment.
- Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
