Lead and manage the delivery of occupational therapy services for adults in community settings.

Develop, implement and monitor personalised occupational therapy programmes and service initiatives.

Support, mentor and supervise occupational therapy staff, fostering professional development and best practice.

Work collaboratively with patients, families, carers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.

Maintain accurate and detailed service records in line with professional and organisational standards.

Contribute to service development, quality improvement and strategic planning within the occupational therapy team.
