We are seeking a committed and experienced Child Protection Social Worker to join our frontline safeguarding team. This role plays a crucial part in protecting children from harm, assessing risk, and ensuring their safety and well-being through robust interventions and collaborative working.
Key Responsibilities:

Undertake statutory child protection investigations, complete risk assessments, and develop outcome-focused safeguarding plans.

Work directly with children and families, building trust and delivering tailored support that promotes long-term safety and stability.

Prepare clear, evidence-based reports for child protection conferences, legal proceedings, and court as required.

Collaborate with multi-agency professionals, including health, education, and police, to ensure coordinated and effective safeguarding responses.
