The successful candidate will provide statutory social work services to children and families requiring early intervention and support to safeguard children’s welfare and promote positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of Children in Need, undertaking assessments, planning, and reviews in line with statutory guidance.

Deliver effective safeguarding interventions and contribute to child protection processes when necessary.

Work collaboratively with children, families, carers, and multi-agency partners to ensure coordinated support.

Prepare and maintain accurate, timely case records and reports that meet local and legal standards.

Attend and contribute to case conferences, core groups, and other statutory meetings as required.
