This role will focus on delivering physiotherapy within inpatient and community settings, supporting adults with a wide range of needs, including respiratory and general medical conditions, as well as rehabilitation. You will also undertake Best Interest Assessments (BIA) as part of your responsibilities.

Provide physiotherapy assessments and interventions for adults in acute and community settings.

Support patients with respiratory, general medicine and rehabilitation needs.

Undertake and contribute to Best Interest Assessments (BIA).

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective care.

Support discharge planning and promote patient independence.

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.
