This role provides the opportunity to deliver specialist assessment and intervention for adults with dysphagia, supporting rehabilitation, safe swallowing, and improved quality of life.

Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide evidence-based interventions for adults with swallowing difficulties.

Develop and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care and support discharge planning.

Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and supervision to junior therapists, assistants, and students.

Participate in service development, audit, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance dysphagia management.

Offer education and support to patients, families, and carers to optimise engagement and therapy outcomes.
