Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Assessments: Perform comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and risks of adults, and develop effective intervention plans
- Case Management: Manage a caseload of complex cases, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions and support
- Multi-Agency Collaboration: Work closely with health professionals, law enforcement, and other agencies to coordinate services and share relevant information
- Advocacy: Advocate for the rights and best interests of adults, ensuring their voices are heard and respected in all processes
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all activities, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
