This role involves working directly with children, young people, and their families to assess needs, safeguard welfare, and promote positive outcomes through evidence-based social work practice.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and direct interventions: Undertake Child and Family Assessments to identify needs, risks, and strengths and develop appropriate care plans.

Safeguard children at risk: Respond to child protection concerns promptly, contributing to protection planning and statutory reviews.

Work collaboratively with partners: Coordinate with health, education, police, and voluntary organisations to ensure holistic support for children and families.

Maintain high professional standards: Ensure accurate record-keeping, comply with legal frameworks, and participate in supervision and continuous professional development.
