Undertake comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for adults in community and general medicine settings.

Contribute to Best Interest Assessments (BIA), ensuring patient-centred, ethical, and legally compliant decision-making.

Develop and implement individualised intervention plans to promote independence, safe mobility, and daily living skills.

Provide specialist advice on moving and handling, equipment, and adaptations to optimise patient safety.

Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care.
