This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality physiotherapy for adults across inpatient, community, and acute general medical settings, supporting recovery, independence, and long-term wellbeing.

Undertake comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions for adults across inpatient and community settings.

Support patients in regaining functional independence, mobility, and confidence following illness or hospital admission.

Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care.

Provide tailored treatment programmes, rehabilitation plans, and appropriate equipment to support recovery and safe discharge.

Offer guidance, supervision, and support to junior physiotherapists, assistants, and students.

Contribute to service development, audit, and quality improvement initiatives to maintain and enhance physiotherapy standards.
