Key Responsibilities:

Lead, support, and supervise a team of social workers to deliver effective child protection and family support services.

Manage complex and high-risk cases, ensuring statutory duties and safeguarding standards are met.

Monitor team performance, provide professional development, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Collaborate with partner agencies to coordinate multi-agency interventions and support.

Prepare and present reports to senior management, panels, and external bodies as required.

Ensure compliance with local policies, statutory frameworks, and inspection standards.
