Undertake statutory assessments, child protection enquiries, and care planning in line with the Children Act 1989 and related legislation.

Support children and families through trauma-informed, strengths-based interventions that promote safety, stability, and positive outcomes.

Provide professional leadership, mentoring, and guidance to less experienced practitioners and support a culture of reflective practice.

Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners including health, education, and police to ensure effective, joined-up support.
