This specialist role involves providing social work services to military personnel, veterans, and their families, ensuring their welfare and care needs are met in line with statutory and MOD standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality assessments, care planning, and interventions for adults within the MOD community.

Provide expert guidance and supervision to junior social workers and support staff.

Collaborate with health professionals, military personnel, and local authority teams to coordinate care and support.

Support safeguarding adults processes, including risk management and protection plans.

Contribute to policy development and service improvement initiatives within MOD social care provision.
