Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for adult inpatients

Develop and implement personalised intervention plans to promote functional recovery

Deliver evidence-based OT interventions in community, acute, and general medicine settings

Advise on and provide equipment and adaptations to support safe daily living

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care

Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with professional and trust standards
