Lead the delivery of occupational therapy assessment and interventions for adult inpatients, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care.

Oversee the provision of equipment and adaptations to support patient independence, safety, and functional outcomes.

Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and optimise care pathways and rehabilitation programmes.

Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship to junior staff, therapy assistants, and students.

Participate in service evaluation, audit, and quality improvement initiatives to drive innovation and maintain high professional standards.
