Key Responsibilities:

Assist in carrying out assessments and support plans under supervision.

Work directly with children, adults, or families to provide practical support and promote well-being.

Help maintain case records and prepare basic reports.

Liaise with professionals and service users to ensure coordinated care.

Support the delivery of safeguarding interventions and promote positive outcomes.
Essential Requirements:

Relevant experience in social care or related settings preferred but not essential.

Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
