Working closely with children, families, carers and multidisciplinary teams, you will develop and implement tailored plans to promote safety, independence and participation.

Conduct detailed assessments of paediatric moving and handling needs.

Recommend, provide and review appropriate equipment and adaptations to support safe mobility.

Develop and deliver personalised moving and handling programmes aligned with individual requirements.

Collaborate with families, carers and professionals to ensure effective communication and care coordination.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with council and professional standards.

Contribute to training, policy development and service improvements relating to paediatric moving and handling.
