Conduct specialist assessments for communication and swallowing difficulties in adults.

Deliver evidence-based interventions in both community and acute environments.

Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes.

Develop and review tailored care plans based on individual needs.

Keep accurate, timely clinical records in line with trust policies.

Contribute to service development and mentor junior staff as required.
