View JobAn opportunity has arisen for an Unqualified Support Worker to join a dynamic Leaving Care team. This role supports young people aged 16–25 who are transitioning out of care, helping them to build independence, stability, and resilience in preparation for adult life.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct practical and emotional support to care leavers in line with their Pathway Plans.

Assist young people with daily living skills including housing, budgeting, employment, and education.

Build positive relationships with young people to encourage engagement and trust.

Support Personal Advisors and Social Workers with visits, assessments, and administrative tasks.

Liaise with external agencies such as housing providers, colleges, and health services.

Maintain clear and timely records of interactions and progress in line with data protection and safeguarding policies.
