Undertake advanced assessments, safeguarding enquiries, and person-centred care planning in accordance with the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005.

Deliver trauma-informed, strengths-based interventions that promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Provide supervision, mentoring, and support to less experienced social workers, promoting reflective practice and professional development.

Work collaboratively with partner agencies across health, housing, and the voluntary sector to coordinate holistic care and support.
