View JobAs a Team Manager within Nottingham’s Adolescence Service, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team supporting vulnerable young people and their families. This role is central to delivering high-quality, trauma-informed, and relationship-based interventions that promote safety, resilience, and positive outcomes for adolescents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team delivering services to adolescents and their families, ensuring effective assessment, planning, and intervention.
- Oversee complex casework involving contextual safeguarding, exploitation, missing episodes, and youth offending, ensuring statutory responsibilities are met.
- Promote trauma-informed practice and relationship-based approaches that support young people’s emotional wellbeing and long-term stability.
- Ensure performance and quality standards are met through supervision, reflective practice, and continuous service improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, including education, police, health, and voluntary sector agencies, to deliver integrated support.
- Contribute to strategic planning and service development within the Family Help model, aligning with Nottingham’s vision for children and young people.
