Key Responsibilities:

Conduct statutory mental health assessments under the Mental Health Act and Care Act
-
Develop and implement person-centred care plans in collaboration with service users and multi-disciplinary teams
-
Manage safeguarding enquiries and risk assessments for vulnerable adults
-
Attend multi-agency meetings, tribunals, and case conferences as required
-
Maintain clear, accurate, and timely case records and reports
-
Provide support and advice to service users and their families
Requirements:
-
SWE registration
-
Experience in adult mental health statutory social work
-
Knowledge of Mental Health Act, Care Act, and safeguarding adult procedures
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
