Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to identify individual needs.

Develop and implement personalised intervention plans across community, acute, rehab, and reablement settings.

Advise on and provide equipment and adaptations to support safe daily living.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care.

Provide guidance and training to service users and carers to support functional independence.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with professional and organisational standards.
