Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload, conducting assessments and developing care plans in accordance with council policies and procedures.

Work closely with individuals, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of person-centered services.

Provide professional advice and guidance to colleagues, supporting the development of effective interventions.

Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping, documenting all relevant case information and outcomes.

Participate in statutory reviews, safeguarding meetings, and court processes when necessary.

Engage in continuous professional development, attending regular training and supervision to enhance skills and meet regulatory standards.
