Undertake statutory responsibilities under the Children Act 1989, including child in need assessments, child protection enquiries, and care proceedings.

Manage a varied caseload involving children who are in need, subject to child protection plans, or looked after, applying relationship-based and trauma-informed practice.

Work collaboratively with children, families, schools, health professionals, and partner agencies to develop and deliver integrated, child-centred interventions.
