View JobAs a Speech and Language Therapist with Bromley Healthcare CIC, working in community settings, you will provide specialist assessment and intervention to paediatric clients with communication and swallowing (dysphagia) difficulties. Collaborating closely with families, carers and multidisciplinary teams, you will develop and deliver tailored therapy programmes that support safe swallowing and effective communication.

Conduct detailed assessments of paediatric speech, language, communication and swallowing needs.

Develop, implement and review personalised therapy plans focused on dysphagia and communication.

Work in partnership with families, carers and professionals to coordinate care and support.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in line with professional and organisational standards.

Provide training and advice to families, carers and colleagues on dysphagia management and communication strategies.

Contribute to service development and quality improvement within paediatric speech and language therapy.
