Take a lead role in managing high-risk and court-involved cases, providing expert input into assessments, care planning, and safeguarding interventions.

Support and mentor social workers through coaching, reflective supervision, and practice development, promoting consistency, resilience, and child-centred approaches.

Work in close partnership with families, carers, and multi-agency professionals to deliver integrated, trauma-informed support that improves outcomes for children and young people.
