Take a lead role in managing high-risk cases including child protection, court proceedings, and looked after children, ensuring robust, timely, and child-focused interventions.

Support and develop the practice of social work colleagues through coaching, mentoring, and reflective supervision, promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
